Giacomo Bocchio: International Peruvian Chef and Culinary Innovator

For some time now I have been following Giacomo Bocchio, a Peruvian chef with a particular charm and humility that make him very well loved. I first got to know him when he was on El Gran Chef, and now I don't miss a single one of his YouTube videos, where he helps us raise our cooking game. In his videos Giacomo always tells us about his beautiful, much-missed Tacna, and says he is the third generation of Tacna natives in his family. He was born in the city of Tacna on October 17, 1984.
