How to Make Oreo Cookie Cheesecake
Make the Oreo cookie cheesecake base
Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies and set it aside, then crush the cookies very finely.
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies until everything is combined.
Spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan and leave it to rest in the refrigerator.
Make the Oreo cookie cheesecake cream
This first step is important because it needs time: put the gelatin in the cold water and let it rest until it sets.
You can do this with or without a mixer. Put the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix very well until the sugar dissolves, then add the heavy cream and keep mixing well.
Once the gelatin has set, microwave it for a few seconds until it melts completely, then mix in 3 or 4 tablespoons of the cream to even out the temperature. Mix well, then combine it with the rest of the cream and keep beating. Also add the leftover cookie filling (the white part) and keep beating so everything combines well. At the end, if you notice you haven't managed to get rid of all the lumps, as a last resort you can use a sieve.
Add the Oreo cookies in small pieces and stir with a spoon. Pour everything into the pan and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
